Pay is negotiable and relative to experience. The IT Coordinator maintains ClearView Communities software and hardware functionality within the ClearView Communities internal system. The IT Coordinator works in collaboration (takes direction from) with the director of Information Technology from SC Herman and Associates to ensure that all systems, the website, surveillance system, panic alarms, WIFI, and other IT related functions are working and updated appropriately. The IT Coordinator internally reports to the Executive Director to ensure that all Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are maintained in a manner consistent with regulatory requirements. This is a Help Desk level position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES The IT Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Database Management and Administration for HER/CRM, system administrator for LMS. Technical Support/Help Desk with all hardware, software, application issues, upgrades and daily operations. Network Security Management and Administration; maintain network hardware at all locations, troubleshoot connection issues, maintain routers, manage network security at all locations, conducts routine audits and check report logs. Application Analyst and Administration; data management, design templates, forms, tables, daily/weekly/monthly audits. Manage and Maintain NAS Email Administrator; manage user and group accounts, troubleshoot Webmaster; manage WordPress Website, coordinate WordPress updates, Manage outcome reports via SurveyMonkey and WorkPress. Train all new employees on computer based information system Assist Executive Director with any information technology related tasks and assignments; creating and submitting insurance reimbursement claims for families Associates Degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare informatics, nursing or related field with 2-4 years experience or Bachelors degree with 1-2 years experience. Higher level experience (4-6 years) in lieu of degree. A combination of technical and clinical experience/education is a must. PREFERRED SKILLS Medical Terminology Understanding of software development Knowledge of database architecture and functionality HIM, HIT knowledge and background very useful Technically Inclined Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to create and test solutions on various systems Strong time management skills, prioritizing abilities and task switching capabilities Self Motivator Must perform all job functions with minimal supervision
