We are currently recruiting housekeeping/laundry aides to work for our long term care facility. Nursing home experience is strongly preferred.The Housekeeping position exists to provide routine support in the environmental services of residents, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished in a timely, effective, well organized and safe manner, while focusing on delivering quality resident care.Job Duties include, but are not limited to:Performing basic housekeeping support procedures for residents as required.Cleaning and sanitizing all areas on a regular basisSweeping and moppingTrash removalFollowing daily cleaning schedule as requiredMaintaining and organizing cleaning suppliesSorting, laundering, folding and returning facility laundryAs a CommuniCare employee you will enjoy competitive wages and PTO plans.
