Software Quality Assurance Manager (SQA Manager) who will be responsible for leading and managing the following technical tasks: Framework for SQA and Testing, Independent SQA, Test Support, and Monitor, Analyze and Report Quality Measures. The Software Quality Assurance Manager shall define and implement IT quality assurance practices and procedures; manage a group of quality assurance analysts and test engineers who test, evaluate, and validate IT initiatives and identify issues in software or services, and analyzes discrepancies in service or performance and makes recommendations for product or service updates. The SQA Manager is expected is accustomed to working and managing in complex, project-based environments.The SQA Manager shall possess the following minimum education and experience: . Bachelor's or Masters' degree in computer science or systems engineering . At least 10 years of relevant experience managing the quality assurance of software development, software testing, and user-acceptance testing . At least 5 years managing software quality across multiple projects . At least 3 years managing software testing teams . Training or certifications in areas, such as American Society for Quality (ASQ), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Professional Risk Management (PRM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Resume must clearly identify the training or certifications. Active Security Clearance at the Secret Level
