As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:At the highest level, these individuals will be serving in a financial management advisory role to support the Client, support audit readiness activities, support audit remediation activities, and provide audit liaison support. Specifically, we are looking for two individuals to fill needs within the Financial Reporting (FR) workstreams. Workstream: Financial Reporting/SBR compilation. Compile data from the Client's core General Ledger Systems (STARS-FL, STARS-HCM, Navy ERP, SABRS). Synthesize and consolidate data so that it can be compiled into the prescribed format to generate the core financial statements. We are looking for individuals with Working Capital Fund (WCF) and General Fund (GF) experience and expertise. Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.2+ yrs of relevant experience in: Federal Financial Reporting, Financial Management, and Audit. DoD experience is preferred. Active secret clearance. CPA, CGFM, CDFM preferred .Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Ability to effectively collaborate across teams. Strong presentation development, written & verbal communication skills.Experienced and familiar with the USGGL account structure and financial statement mappings (TFM crosswalks) 3 - 5 years.Have developed Federal financial statements (3 - 5 years). Experience analyzing USSGL accounts and various analytics related to financial statements, including tie points, variance analysis, etc. Comfortable working independently on select tasks. Federal financial statement experience with major Federal agency or extensive experience within the Federal financial management area with financial reporting. Preferable, their currently task is financial reporting/financial statement related. Knowledgeable about Treasury's Treasury Financial Manual (TFM) crosswalks and various account pronouncements.Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.U.S. citizenship may be required.
