Vencore is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Responsibilities: Responsibilities:Engage with mission customers and users to shape and define future capabilitiesLead or participate in customer and program strategic and tactical planning activitiesLead or participate in the development of system architectures to evolve mission servicesAssess new technologies for fit-for-use by missions servicesConduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) and provide data-driven recommendationsLead the development of key technical products, such as capability roadmaps, CONOPS documents, and white papersAnalyze, design, and implement technical solutions to IT problems, applying sound principles and techniques of system engineering and management Lead the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution technical risks and issues to ensure the timely, functionally efficient, and cost effective stand-up of new capabilitiesIdentify project key decision points and provide Go/No-Go recommendationsConduct user outreach to communicate planned architecture changes, operational concepts, and project status, and accept user inputs for optimization of delivery plansProduce weekly activity reports for use by government customers and the program Required Qualifications: TS/SCI Clearance (with a current SSBI favorably adjudicated within the last 5 years)Bachelor's degree in CS / Science / Engineering or related technical experience6+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or software development experience1+ years of related experience with NSG portfolio, programs, systems, segments, or servicesDemonstrated ability to develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical/non-technical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skillsDemonstrated ability to work with customers to resolve technical and programmatic issues Self-starter and able to manage multiple tasks and changing prioritiesDemonstrated leadership experience and strong interpersonal skillsDesired Qualifications:Master's degree in CS / Science / Engineering or related technical experience2+ years of experience in one or more disciplines of GEOINT analytic tradecraft and analysis production system development1+ years of experience in the use or engineering of GIS applications 1+ years of experience in agile systems developmentDemonstrated knowledge of the ODNI Analytic Modernization effort and its supporting elements, including ABI and SOM
