We are looking for an ambitious recent college graduate to join our Human Resources team as a Corporate Recruiter. Reporting to our VP of Human Resources, you will be responsible for hiring top candidate to work in our Northern Virginia office for roles within all departments - technical, development, sales, administrative, and finance. Responsibilities: Effectively supporting full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting background checks, and closing qualified entry-level to executive-level candidates in Northern Virginia as assigned Providing excellent applicant and internal customer management service Developing recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search Writing and coordinating organization of web page content; creating Applicant Tracking System requisitions and job board postings, and position-specific screening questionnaires Driving communication and accountability with hiring managers to establish collaborative relationships Administering, tracking and reporting on candidate pre-employment assessments Special projects in support of the overall talent function Requirements: Bachelor's degree required Flexibility, confidence, courage, and accountability 0-2 years' experience is preferred Impeccable relationship building abilities Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
