This employee will be in an entry level inside sales role supporting a major energy and gas supplier in the Maryland area. will include making 150 outbound cold and warm calls a day. The calls will be targeting residential customers in deregulated energy states to sell a cheaper gas and energy option for their home. Can be selling to leads the customer provides, new movers, old clients, or renewals. The call territory will include customers in MD, OH, CT, NY, PA, MA, etc. This sales team provides incentives to meet daily call volume and sales goals, a pay raise after 3 months, and huge opportunities for advancement to full-time roles and business to business sales teams. Average year 1 in Residential Sales 40-45k Exceptional year in Residential Sales 60-65KIf successful, employees will be transitioned to full time or Business to Business Sales.
