We are currently seeking a Program Director for our residential drug and alcohol and mental health treatment facility located in Lancaster, PA.Job Responsibilities As a senior leadership role, incumbents in this position are responsible for, but not limited to managing facilities, operations, delivery of professional services for client care, program development and implementation, staffing and staff development, budget and financial forecasting, and representing the Program to the public. The ideal person we seek is someone who has a structural background in order to build on what is currently there. We seek someone who has worked for profit organizations and has a census development background. Ideal candidate will come from a residential/clinical background and must have a good working knowledge of marketing in order to develop the program. Job Requirements Qualifications *Master's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling*Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a management level position dealing with addiction treatment in a residential program*Licensed LPC or LCSW preferred. *Must possess excellent leadership abilities and must be a visionary in developing and providing services to addicted adults.
