You could work in the client for a day, a week, a month, or more. When a permanent position in one location becomes available, you have the option of working full time at that client location* Bench Sous Chefs may be temporarily laid off for 8-12 weeks during winter holidays and summer breaks if the client is closed.Preferred Qualifications:* Culinary degree preferred* College campus dining or Corporate dining experience strongly preferred* Two years of culinary supervisory experience* High volume baking and pastry experience is essential* High volume production and catering experience is essential* Previous experience managing cost controls* Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice companyApply to Bon Appetit today!Bon Appetit is a member of Compass Group USA.Click here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
