Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Program Director to support multiple task orders supporting DSA's customer, the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical & Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD). Job Description: Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is looking for and experienced Program Director to managed DSA's JPEO-CBD Omnibus Program, Engineering, and Technical Support (OPETS) IDIQ contract and multiple task orders. The Program Director will manage IT task orders supporting Cyber Security, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Test Engineering and Specialized IT Support. The qualified candidate will possess a strong background supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) in the execution of task orders supporting the Army or Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRNE) defense community. The Program Director will make course correction/adjustments in resources to maintain a positive and innovative team requiring minimum Government oversight and reworking of deliverables. The Program Director will be responsible for the growth and sustainment of these task orders under the OPETS IDIQ. The candidate will provide Business Development support to leverage the OPETS vehicle and build new partnerships to expand our presence supporting the JPEO-CBD and other commands in the CBRNE community. The Program Director will mentor DSA task order Project Leads in the execution of each task order. Job Requirements: 10 years of experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD program management, Industry or Government business management 10 years of experience managing and mentoring employees Experience in the program management lifecycle support from development through sustainment to include: generation of subcontractor statements of work and other subcontract terms, staffing, requirements management, customer relationship management, subcontractor relationship management and risk management and continuous improvement efforts including implementation for cost reduction and performance improvement efforts. Experience leading proposal efforts in response to Government Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Prior experience in the management and oversight of multiple concurrent projects. Experience developing and maintaining quality assurance standards and processes. Experience creating monthly status reports Proven excellent customer interface skills. Experience identifying business opportunities within the CBRNE community Experience managing CBRNE programs Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Required Education and Clearance: Bachelor's Degree. Active SECRET clearance. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD CLEARANCE ; this will be verified prior to interview.
