North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, located in Leesburg, Virginia on a beautiful 45 acre campus, is currently an 87 bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, 15 bed Acute Psychiatric Hospital and Partial Hospital Program that provides outpatient services. With the introduction of Intense Outpatient Services and adding 25 more beds to the Acute Psychiatric Hospital we are searching for a Community Liaison for our Business Development Team. The Community Liaison will work with Team Members to form and maintain relationships with our community referral sources and create demand for the utilization for all services North Spring offers. Regional travel is required for this position. POSITION SUMMARY: With the assistance of the Director of Business Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan to promote all services in the Northern Virginia Region. Establish new and maintain current referral source relationships through service excellence in communication, market management, and serving as a liaison between the community and the facility. Meet expected productivity to assist the facility in meeting the budgeted service utilization. Use approved documentation for database management as well as creating data driven, strategic sales plans. Location: 1. Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia. 40 miles Northwest of Washington DC. Named one of the best places to live by Money magazine. 2. 45-acre campus in a rural area on the northern edge of Leesburg with a gymnasium, beautiful outdoor campus and high ropes course. 3. Excellent public school system.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or experience in a related field such as Sales. Experience in a behavioral health hospital is a plus. Knowledge and Skills: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in direct sales and/or marketing. Experience in a behavioral health setting is helpful. Working knowledge with using electronic systems to develop and maintain referral databases. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective Educational, Group Leadership and Public Speaking skills. Organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management and team building skills. Basic fiscal management skills. Flexibility, creativity, and stress management skills. Must be comfortable making public presentations. Must be willing to travel.
