Records Management Technician
CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Services Company is looking for a Records Management Technician for a Department of Defense (DoD) customer who can fulfill the following responsibilities: Provide records management support services to ensure the effective operations of program office records systems, databases, and web sites. Perform system analysis, design, development, and/or maintenance; computer systems records administration and management; data entry, data storage, data retrieval and electronic records management; specialized workstation support; database generation and management; data and/or media management; orientation and training; information center support; web site design, development, maintenance; and web content management. Draft and/or revise organizational documents such as disposition schedules, training materials and other standard operating procedures for agency-wide implementation. Communicate information on the compliance of federal regulation for records management. Must be able to obtain/hold Secret security clearance. Have strong interpersonal skills in a team-based development environment. Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in PC use with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Required Experience Bachelors Degree Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience. Understanding of the military environment, specifically in terms of wounded, ill, and injured Service members.
