Summary / Description We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.Job Description:* Understanding of Object Oriented Design* Understanding of UML and Use cases* Deep understanding and knowledge of DHS SELC and DHS Agile practices* Good writing/communication skills* Good client management skills* Experience of Project Management and user testing* Biometric Product or integration skills are plus* Detailed analytical skills* Practical experiences and application ability with MS Office, Visio and Project* Applicable understanding of Cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, etc.)* Managing process change* Leading process redesign workshops* Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes* Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance* Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users* Applying their knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes.* An understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML and other key protocols is also desirable.
