As an MSI Recruiter you will be responsible for recruiting and placing top IT Professionals with Fortune 1000 companies both on a local and national basis. You will identify a candidate's professional skills, knowledge and key attributes in order to fulfill an organization's needs. Other duties and responsibilities include: Identify candidates through the use of job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking events. See through full lifecycle of recruitment to include (but not limited to): Sourcing, screening, in person and remote interviewing, technical assessments, negotiations of pay, salary and terms. Fully vet and assess candidates against technical requirements in order to submit profiles to Account Managers. Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and clients alike. Generate sales leads. Input and maintain accurate information in database.
