Vencore is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Responsibilities: Responsibilities:Translate customer needs into project and system requirementsAssist in the technical evaluation of new technologiesAssist in the translation of architectural concepts into system/segment requirements and interfacesCoordinate interfaces between programs of record and dependent systems and servicesEngage with internal and external organizations to develop and execute a time-phased epochs for migrating systems to the operational baseline utilizing agile based methodologiesDevelop Requests for Change (RFCs) as required and leads configuration control board process coordinationParticipates in Agile development Release Planning events and engineering spikesLeads or participates in Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and technical exchange meetings (TEMs) to serve as focal points for managing project execution and resolving enterprise issuesGenerate enterprise test, readiness, and transition plans, and orchestrates executionLeads the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution technical risks and issues Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in CS / Math / Science / Engineering or related technical experience16+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or systems development experience10+ years of related experience with NGA or its IC partners5+ years technical experience supporting NSG systems, segments and architectures2+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or systems development experienceDemonstrated segment/service/system/project knowledge of intel production workflow services and collection services Demonstrated ability to identify technology gaps in capabilities and processesDemonstrated ability to explain technical issues clearly/accurately to technical/non-technical audiencesDesired Qualifications:Advanced degree in a technical field2+ years of experience with ASP/ISP engineering, or cloud technologies2+ years of experience in systems definition and development oversightDemonstrated mission knowledge of exploitation management, and intelligence reporting Experience with Agile engineering and development methods (user story generation, sprint/scrum development, back-log management, test-driven development)Exposure to emerging NSG capabilities and tradecraft to include SOM, ABI, and OBPExposure to national, tactical, and commercial data collectors and associated collection tasking and feasibility processes
