BrightStar Care is looking for a Sales Professional to join their team in the Arlington, VA market! As a Sales Professional for BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for generating medical staffing and home care referrals from the medical community including hospitals, nursing facilities, hospice and other referral sources. The Sales Executive educates the medical community and increases the knowledge base regarding BrightStar Care services and, in so doing, increases the number of clients served by BrightStar Care. Sales Professional - What We Offer Highly competitive base plus commission compensation structure PTO accrual & compensation for health insurance available Specialized training opportunities (home care; medical staffing; operations) Hours can be flexible Be part of an amazing team and a fast-growing agency Serve as part of the agency's senior management team National opportunities with over 300 locations in the US Sales Professional- Responsibilities Develop annual Marketing and Sales Plans for the territory Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to generate sales for both HealthCare Staffing and Private Duty Home Care Join and attend area networking groups Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community Establish and maintain working rapport with health care professionals in the territory Manage contacts and activities in BrightStar's CRM system Meet or exceed established sales targets Minimum 2 years of B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally selling high end services Healthcare industry experience highly preferred, ideally in the home healthcare field Proven track record of sales success/exceeding expectations Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, communications, nursing or social work, preferred.
