We are in need of an experienced Telecom/VoIP Engineer who possesses expert level skills in Cisco VoIP and Cisco Contact Center for our client located in Washington DC The ideal candidate in this role will possess the following: Expert level skills in Cisco VoIP Expert in Cisco Contact Center is a must! CCNA and CCNP certifications are preferred Cisco Network Access Control (NAC) experience is a plus Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external entities Install, configure and maintain Cisco voice network, server equipment and operating systems Utilize Cisco network management software and hardware to proactively identify and correct problems with the voice communications equipment Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production and deployment problems Perform equipment, software, and firmware updates as recommended by industry standards Oversee a variety of functions specifically related to supporting, troubleshooting, enhancing and implementation Provide monitoring of all telecom related devices to ensure best in class service CCNP, CCNA or other certifications are highly desired US citizenship; Public Trust (or ability to obtain) or higher clearance
