Job Summary The Director, MarketingStrategy will oversee the team that serves as the key interface betweenMarketing and internal stakeholders. The Director will develop marketingand communications plans to achieve business and programmatic goals, andinclude measurement criteria. This position requires strong skills inmarketing and communications strategy, project management and the ability toserve as an internal consultant/trusted advisor. Marketing/PR/ad agency orconsulting firm experience a plus. We have 1 position that can be located in either Columbia, MD or Washington, DC Job Responsibilities * Provide oversight of theBusiness Partnerships& Strategy Team, identifying best practices, scalableopportunities and opportunities for integration. Model marketing planning bestpractices to direct reports and internal stakeholders to build knowledge andadoption * Partner with internalbusiness/program leads Policy, Knowledge Impact & Strategy, Resource DevelopmentGroup and IT to identify and execute strategies to achieve desired business objectivesand elevate Enterprise's presence and stature * Develop marketing and communicationsplans, and use them as a tool for resource and budget planning as well as adhoc opportunities and initiatives * Activate internal resourcesacross marketing and/or oversight of internal resources to execute * Project manage - serve as pointperson for key internal stakeholders and functional experts within Marketing * Apply relevant data toinform strategic and tactical recommendations Qualifications * 7+ years of consulting or marketing servicesexperience in a marketing organization, advertising agency, consulting firm,political campaign, think tank or other non-profit. Housing industryexperience not required but a plus. * Undergraduate degree, Graduate business degreehighly preferred * Strong analytical and planning skills * Clear and concise writing and presentation development * Extensive marketing and communication plan development * Consulting skills - ability to proactively share ideas, workcollaboratively with internal stakeholders in businesses and the marketingteam, building productive working relationships Additional Info. -
