Vencore is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Responsibilities: Responsibilities include the following:Engage internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute time-phased effectivities for migrating capabilities into the operational baselineLead the development of key project products, such as mission documents, engineering assessments, weekly status reports, technical analysis reports, integration plans, test plans, schedules, and briefingsTranslate mission and system roadmap elements into deployment objectivesIdentify and maintain a capability matrix for each delivery thread to identify gaps, system risks, and mission issuesLead the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution technical risks and issues to ensure the timely, functionally efficient, and cost effective stand-up of new capabilitiesLead project efforts through readiness events, with focus on protecting NSG baseline system integrityOrchestrate enterprise deployment efforts, including system and stakeholder readiness, transition rehearsal, transition to operations, and user acceptanceServe as the focal point for transition activity plan execution through the stand up and execution of WAR room activitiesConduct user outreach to communicate planned architecture changes, operational concepts, and project status, and accept user inputs for optimization of delivery plans Required Qualifications:TS/SCI Clearance (with current SSBI favorably adjudicated within the last 5 years)Bachelor's degree in Engineering / CS / Math / Science / or related technical experience16+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or systems development experience, with a minimum of 10 years of recent agency-specific experience5+ years of experience in deployment planning, including readiness, test and transition1+ years of experience with agile engineering or agile development programsDemonstrated ability to develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management; must possess strong written and verbal communications skillsDesired Qualifications Advanced degree in a technical field6+ years of experience as a systems of systems integrator, or enterprise integration4+ years of experience with any of the various Analytic Modernization PORs (eXploit, FCMS, and Cedallion), Structured Observations Management, and Foundation GEOINT.2+ years of experience in system interface engineering or interface analysis2+ years of experience in cloud technology engineering1+ years of experience with NGA portfolio initiatives1+ years of experience in technical coordination across the IC
