DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Help identify, capture, and then manage performance on NOAA Protech contract task orders that provide government program management support covering several areas of the Protech Enterprise Operations contract. This individual will provide management and technical direction to program personnel and be responsible for all aspects of program performance: (1) Meeting program performance goals (ie, technical, contractual, administrative, financial); (2) Managing all aspects of program activity; (3) Providing technical and financial reports to demonstrate progress to corporate management and customers; (4) Maintaining customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations; (5) Assuming the initiative and provide support to corporate management in identifying future requirements; and (6) Developing, maintaining, and implementing a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program. In addition, successful applicant will learn and then convey MCR's Integrated Responsible for comprehensive account support for the ProTech-Enterprise Operations contract and act as the central point of contact with the Government for all contract-level issues. Program Management strengths to NOAA clients to develop and win new work. Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, engineering or associated discipline and approximately 15 years of program work/program management experience, 5 of which must be in a supervisory role Candidate should possess NOAA technical domain knowledge along with operational experience Demonstrated leadership/supervisory capabilities. Able to foster teamwork, empower others, and delegate responsibility. Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and marketing skills.
