Kelly Services is currently recruiting an Accounting Analyst for a great customer in Washington DC!Key Tasks Include: Prepare a high volume of checks for customer transportation stipends Maintain records of all checks issued, both paper and electronically Prepare customer distribution reconciliation report Research and organize monthly invoicing documentation for program compensation Customize and upload files for Positive Pay dailyQualifications Include: At least two years of experience in an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable capacity Strong attention to detail Ability to work within strict deadlines is a must Bachelor Degree is a plus Experience with Positive Pay is highly desired Accuracy is a mustThis is a long-term position!
