Law firm Recruiter
R & W Group has an amazing new HR opportunity! Do you have law firm and recruiting experience? One of our favorite law firm clients in DC is looking to add a Recruiter to their HR team. You must be an experienced legal recruiter who is creative, forward thinking and can handle a fast-pace, busy recruiting environment. You would be responsible for recruiting throughout the firm in various practice areas of law. This would be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to fill full-time and contract attorney vacancies and non-attorney positions. Conducting onboarding for all new hires and contract personnel, extending offers, checking references, and posting vacancies to legal and non-legal jobsites, colleges, including Affinity group web sites. Reviewing and filtering resumes for eligible candidates, following up with practice groups regarding recruitment efforts, and maintaining recruiting databases and files. You must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills paired with a dedication to client service. This is a highly visible position and you must maintain a professional image and a positive demeanor. You must also be able to manage several concurrent tasks, consistently exercise good judgment and discretion, and maintain confidentiality. Great work environment. Highly respected firm.
