. We are looking for individuals that excel in customer service, documentation/paperwork, clear communications with clients on site and peers in the office, the desire to solve problems and provide solutions. This position will have primary responsibilities in servicing and maintaining existing clients' intrusion, fire, video, and access control systems, legacy analog and IP systems for all of the technologies. Size of systems will vary from 8 zone to 300 zones, analog and IP, skill set to be adaptability in each situation is important. Secondary responsibilities would include performing Intrusion/Fire/Video inspections with proper paperwork, surveys for projects, and small installation where needed. Emergency service availability is required for potential evening and weekend support in the case of a critical need.
