CALIBRE is looking for an energetic professional with 5-10 yrs of experience who understands financial audit readiness requirements. He/she will perform a wide variety of data gathering and analysis to identify root causes and prepare Critical Action Plans (CAP). The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge and experience to technically assist with audit readiness activities in accordance with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR): Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Hire-to-Retire. Evaluate the effectiveness of established internal controls, financial systems, key supporting documentation, corrective actions to plan, supervise, review, and complete FIAR requirements. The support efforts will include: Developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Cost Element Structure (CES), cost data research and archiving, estimate documentation, risk and schedule analysis, and briefing support. Review procedures and processes on financial management issues; audit and inspection assistance; identifying interrelationships (dependencies on other organizations); Analyzing system reporting capabilities and interfaces; Identifying problem areas Analyzing costs. Provide Business Process Documentation for to support OMB A-123 compliance. Plan, initiate coordinate, and conduct in-depth studies involving a wide variety of work operations to compliance management by documenting Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) to support audit readiness assertions. Must have Secret Clearance Knowledge and experience in Federal Audit Readiness requirements Experience with OMB Circular A-123, Sarbanes-Oxley Act Professional certification preferred (CISA, CPA, CIA, CDFM) Significant experience with automated tools and Microsoft Office suite Required Experience Bachelor's degree in related field.
