STUDIO MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES Position Overview Lead and direct all activities required to achieve all studio goals, including sales and sitting objectives, customer experience, payroll and operating expenses, photography, human resource management, loss prevention and merchandise/portrait presentation while driving both associate and customer engagement. Child portraiture is important, but we will train. This is a full-time position that typically works from 40-45 hours per week as per business needs. Benefits . Proven ability to generate sales. Strong customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong leadership skills. Ability to recruit, hire and train qualified candidates. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate composure under pressure and in a fast paced environment. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including required nights and weekends at a minimum of 40 hours a week to meet the demands of the business and comply with studio scheduling policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications with beginning level skills in Excel. Familiarity with intranet/internet navigation. Ability to meet travel requirements. Professional photography and processing experience preferred. Ability to gain positive results through motivating and developing others. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through completion of a 4-year college degree and/or at least three to five years multi-unit retail, service or hospitality management experience.
