Edgewood Management is looking to hire a new Community Manager in Annapolis, MD! This is a multi-family 230 unit community located in Annapolis, Maryland. The community is a tax credit blended site with project base section 8. The ideal candidate will have both tax credit and project base section 8 experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned. The candidate must be able to initiate and oversee all aspects of the day to day tasks as it relates to property management including: A/P & A/R, client relations, facility maintenance, property inspections, vendor management, and system data files. Also, the candidate must have applicable knowledge of Affordable Housing (LIHTC, Section 8, Section 202), Annual Re-certifications, LIHTC Compliance Regulations, Marketing and Leasing.
