Ref ID: 02000-0010077512Classification: Personnel/HR Supervisor/MgrCompensation: $21.00 to $26.36 per hourDomestic supports with the implementation and administration of the organization's domestic compensation program, including offers, salary surveys, equity adjustments and merit process. Job Responsibilities: . Research, gather, and analyze market data for determining appropriate salary levels for US Employees to maintain or adjust salary structures. . Evaluate US Paid Jobs into grade/pay structure . Conducting salary surveys and participating in them, interpreting salary data, performing analysis. . Assist with annual merit increase programs. . Review and approve job requisitions submitted by hiring managers ensuring proper job classifications and minimum standards for experience and education. . Apply exempt and nonexempt status' for jobs or staff in accordance to federal standards. . Determine appropriate salary (offer) for external hires and transfer offers for internal staff. . Assessing/approving or denying request for promotions and equity adjustments for internal staff. . Proactively analyze salary appropriateness of staff and recommend equity adjustments. . Managing job documentation, job descriptions, databases and tables related to job codes, and job families. . Providing support to HR department and managers concerning interpretation of compensation practices and guidelines. . Manage and determine financial impact of compensation budgets (merit and salary adjustments). Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. . CEBs or CCP/GRP designation preferred. . Five years of domestic compensation/benefits experience: job evaluation; data acquisition and analysis; salary survey completion and analysis; job description writing; and policy interpretation. . Working knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation, and creative problem solving.Bachelors Degree, Compensation Analyst, Research, Employee Relations, ADP Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Project Management, Data Entry ualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. . CEBs or CCP/GRP designation preferred. .
