Amyx is seeking an experienced Air Force Program Manager for a position located in Washington, DC. The PM will be responsible for program leadership, decision making and management of work requirements utilizing a skilled team in an environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness. The position located in the NCR.The PM shall demonstrate and apply highly developed technical, analytical, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills to manage complex projects in a diverse and dynamic environment. The PM will be responsible for managing all activities related to project planning, initiation, implementation, monitoring and closing.Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:The PM's primary job responsibilities will include: Act as Amyx site lead and single point of contact for the client for contractual or administrative questions or difficulties that arise related to the contract Overall point of contact (POC) to ensure contract and client objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner Ensure effective project management, direction, administration and quality assurance Provide team leadership and guidance, overall vision and provide qualified personnel Oversee execution of multiple highly visible technical projects. Act as the first POC for contractual or administrative questions or difficulties that arise related to the contract Provide the contract management and administrative oversight to achieve the quantitative and qualitative requirements of this contract. Ensure contract requirements are executed at a level equal to or higher than stated standards and shall strive for complete customer satisfaction with all customers. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government Experience in performing analysis and oversight of project activity Experience in managing cost, quality and risks for IT projects Experience in maintaining communication plan and managing stakeholders Experience in facilitating meetings, preparing reports and assist with financial requests and budget data Experience coordinating and managing logistics for complex activities Experience and ability in managing TOs/contracts of similar scope and size to include serving as the contractor's TO manager and representing the contractor in communications with the Government's Contracting Officer, COR, and TPOC Experience and ability to effectively direct and manage contract functions involving multiple, complex and interrelated project tasks. Experience and ability to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans.#clearance
