A leading Mobility & Relocation services entity is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to specialize within the Corporate Market. The Executive can work remotely from any Mid-Atlantic and Midwest US location. The company is a well-established brand experiencing rapid growth due to continued business success. The primary function of the Sales & Business Development Executive is to be responsible for developing new business and expanding business opportunities for Company relocation products and services. Duties: Executing effective international sales strategies Prospecting and targeting sales leads Managing pricing/profitability strategies to assure success while maintaining company profitability. Leading / participating in sales presentation/negotiations Active member of Business Development / Sales Leadership Fostering positive relationships with the Company's internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regards to meeting and exceeding client needs. Developing and maintaining all pertinent records and ad hoc reports for management review and decision making Management of special projects as and when required Represent the company during networking events such as trade conferences, etc. Involvement in and contribution to overall Company success Person Specification: Experienced Business Development and Sales Leader Experience selling the relocations product or similar/related A proven track record of winning and on boarding new multinational clients Corporate, consultative and pragmatic sales style Demonstrable excellence in new business development, consultative selling, presentation and leadership skills A thorough understanding of sales techniques Networking, communication, and influencing skills are polished to the highest level Capable of researching and generating new business leads Great teamwork and relationship building skills Strong analysis and decision making skills Creative with problem-solving skills Financially savvy and commercially aware Key Skills Relocations Global Mobility Assignment Services Sales Business Development Presentations Leadership Corporate Multinationals Consultative Selling Networking New business Remote Home-based
