Our client, a corporate office for a world renowned restaurant, is currently seeking an HR Manager/Business Partner to join their office here in downtown DC!About You:Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field required; prior experience in hospitality or retail a plus.Must have 4-6 years of professional HR experience, managerial experience is a plus.Experience with full life-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, strong employee relations and HR compliance is required.Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.Experience working in a rapidly growing and fast paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relationships with all levels of an organization.The Job:Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee on-boarding and new-hire orientation.Maintain employee benefits and compensation programs, employee relations, performance management, and training.Lead performance management and process for the region.Manage vendor relationships for benefits programs, keep record of benefits, and update employee handbook and policies and procedures.Work closely with the Operations Department to pro-actively create recruitment plans by effectively forecasting hiring needs.Contribute to team effort by completing related results as needed.If you are interested in continuing your HR and management skills - this is the job for you!
