MSI is seeking a Mobile Integration Engineer to set up the virtual infrastructure for Windows Tablet deployment. This candidate will be supporting our government client in Ft. Meade, Md and will require an active Secret clearance to be considered. Key Role: Design, test, and deploy architectures, including VMWare ESXi infrastructure, Windows domains, and Linux servers. Develop design documentation and conduct technical information system security testing for appropriate security risk management processes using security assessment and technical testing efforts to identify and patch vulnerabilities to the systems being developed. Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications running on Windows and Linux server operating systems. Demonstrate knowledge of the fundamentals of data center design best practices, rackmount equipment installation and maintenance, and cable management, network attached storage, direct attached storage, and storage protocols, including NFS and iSCSI. Apply knowledge of security standards, including Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) to ensure compliance with security requirements.Basic Qualifications: 5 years of experience with system engineering on both Windows and Linux platforms. Experience with installing and configuring Windows domains. Experience with setting up virtual infrastructure using Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare ESXI. Experience scripting including PowerShell. Experience with setting up and configuring Linux servers. Experience with hardening Windows servers, Linux servers, and VMWare using DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Experience building Hyper-V clusters and servers as needed. Experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining applications residing on servers. Experience with analyzing network traffic with tools, including Wireshark or TCPDump. Knowledge of PKI implementation, including X.509 certificates and certificate authorities. Ability to accurately depict network diagrams using Microsoft Visio. Active Secret clearance. BA or BS degree. Security+ CE Additional Qualifications: Experience with working in classified spaces to implement solutions. Experience with Data-at-Rest principles including Software Full Disk Encryption, File Encryption, Platform Encryption, Hardware Full Disk Encryption. Experience with implementing certificate-based encryption on network devices. Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks, as identified. Knowledge of the Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) capability packages. Experience developing CSfC solutions and supporting the ongoing maturation of CSfC capability packages. VMWare Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, or similar Certification preferred. MSI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
