Come share your talents with one of the nations' fastest-growing, multi-million dollar organizations.Key Responsibilities:* Initiate customer satisfaction surveys and focus groups to gauge RA's hospitality at the unit* Analyze data and develop action plans based on facts to improve quality of service* Support the operational and culinary teams with strategies to drive hospitality excellence* Manage the pre meal experience with operations managers* Work with Corporate Director of Hospitality & Culture and Regional Hospitality Champion to provide regular hospitality training to managers & associates* Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization and with key clients* Identify improvement opportunities by staying current on customer/industry trends* Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs at the unit level to ensure ROI* Develops and maintains excellent consensus building, influencing and communication skills (written and verbal)* Exhibits exceptional organization skills* All other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications:* 3+ years managing high profile, strategic initiatives in marketing/communications/learning & development (retail, hospitality, restaurant) or 5+ years in customer service or operations role* College or graduate degree in business, marketing, communications or related field* Desire to work with a top notch food service management company* Passion, knowledge and appreciation of culinary arts, food and dining* Excellent interpersonal communication skills - both verbal and written; ability to communicate with all levels of client management; tact in working with professional peers from other departments and all subordinates* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills* Ability to develop systems and reports for tracking projects and metric alignment* Work independently without supervision* Managerial/supervisory capabilities* Strong quantitative skills and financial acumen* Excellent execution capabilities* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, other employees and the general public, using PowerPoint as well as other mainstream software and technology* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form* Need to have proven strategic planning skills and a customer-focused business approach* Ability to think quickly and accurately, showing initiative and sound judgment* Problem solving skills - ability to communicate operational challenges, with recommended solutions where possible* A flexible working style for a fast-paced, dynamic environment where only limited standardization exists* Excellent time management skills* Demonstrated experience in development of Standard Operating Procedures Apply to Restaurant Associates today!Restaurant Associates is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
