Marketing Manager, CoStarJob DescriptionCoStar is the leading provider of information, marketing and analytic services to the commercial real estate industry. Our customers include owners, brokers, lenders, appraisers, investors, and others who need our information and services to help them buy or sell a property, represent a tenant, lease a space, value an asset, underwrite a loan or manage a diverse portfolio.CoStar is currently seeking a full time Marketing Manager to lead efforts targeting these different audiences across the full spectrum of CRE property types. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with a strong in-house team and work closely with leaders throughout the company. Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage marketing campaigns and lead generation activities targeted to key audiences, to include inbound marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, digital advertising and direct marketingWork with Marketing Services to design and execute campaigns and use the marketing automation tool to manage campaignsReport on and analyze campaign effectiveness and seek out best practices to improve campaign resultsWork closely with the Content Marketing Manager for the CoStar brand to create marketing programs around key pieces of CoStar contentSupport the sales force with the creation and management of marketing and sales materials that clearly layout the value proposition of CoStar products and services, and work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager of Sales Enablement to ensure the sales force has what they need to increase win rateAssist in identifying and drafting customer testimonials (both written and video) and case studies, gleaning constant insight from sales force feedback, analysis of product usage and management reports of noteworthy sales contracts Manage sales resources on DropBox and company intranet, adding and deleting materials based on need and relevancy and ensuring that all assets are accurate and up-to-dateSupport all CoStar-related events with engagement efforts and follow-upManage all aspects of CoStar Power Brokers, a widely-recognized awards program now in its 15th year, including the Call for Entries process, the award winner selection process, award plaque production and, most importantly, the promotion of the program throughout the yearRequirements:Bachelors Degree6+ years marketing experience3+ years of project management experienceExperience supporting a national sales forcePrior sales experience a plusExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in delivering best in class sales support programs with quantifiable resultsKey Competencies:High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentialityCollaborative team player across multiple functional teamsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent problem solving abilities#LI-SB1CoStar Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
