Community Residences, Inc. (CR) provides community based behavioral consultative services to adults with disabilities in the Northern Virginia area and we are looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to our team. The ideal team member will be a highly motivated, energetic, well-organized individual with a demonstrated ability to work and communicate with a variety of people. The BCBA/BCaBA is responsible for providing accurate behavioral assessments, development of individualized behavior programs, and implementation of programs to individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness diagnoses. Typical responsibilities include completing functional assessments, developing behavior support plans, training and participating in dynamic service teams. This position is flexible in scheduling and provides opportunities to work in a wide array of environments. Therefore, a professional attitude, approach to daily work and overall appearance are essential. Knowledge of Medicaid-waiver and licensing regulations in Virginia is a plus. BCBAs/BCaBAs should be able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team. This position requires travel within the greater Northern Virginia area, so a valid driver's license and transportation are also required. Due to this community based work, this candidate will also receive a phone stipend and a laptop with an air card to complete their documentation on the go! Location: Northern VA (Loudoun County, Arlington County, Fairfax County) Schedule: Varies (40 hours/week) *Flexible schedule! BCBA Master's degree in related human services field. Must be a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or able to obtain licensure upon employment) Minimum of two (2) years in intellectual disabilities, behavior management, and/or therapeutic consultation BCaBA Bachelor's degree in related human services field. Must be a Licensed Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia (or able to obtain licensure upon employment) Minimum of two (2) years in intellectual disabilities, behavior management, and/or therapeutic consultation
