Procentrix Senior Software Specialist Contact: Pilar Bell 703-665-9003 Location: Washington, DC Position Posted On: 8/24/2017 Position Description Seeking a Senior Software Specialist to work as part of a technical team to provide development, performance, support and maintenance of COTS/GOTS applications in a high-paced, high-demand team environment. Candidate will adapt functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions based upon comprehensive enterprise application solution sets and create generic solutions for the Personal Identify Verification (PIV) enablement of all COTS, GOTS, database, web, and custom applications. Primary responsibilities include: Analyze varying architectures (.NET, VB, COTS) to enable certificate-based authentication. Transform complex customer requirements into working, maintainable enterprise-level solutions. Take existing certificate-based authentication requirements and implement technical solutions on COTS, database applications, and web applications to ensure certificate-based authentication enablement. Adapt off-the-shelf solutions to meet government customer needs and requirements. Work with Business Process Analysts to design and develop solutions and workflows that meet business requirements. Work in collaborative agile team environment. Work with project management to provide status briefings to stakeholders for specified engineering projects to ensure requirements are met. Required Skills * Single Sign-On (SSO) Authentication Implementer * Familiar with requirements definition, architecting, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying certificate-based authentication enablement solutions for COTS and custom applications. * Experience with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) * Ability to work as part of a high performing agile team. * Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to interact with multidisciplinary project team members and Government personnel. * Familiarity with certificate-based authentication, FISMA, and HSPD-12 requirements including hands-on experience on PIV enablement. * Familiarity with Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) processes and documentation. * Candidate must be a US Citizen and able to attain a Government Security Clearance Desirable Skills * Security+ certification a plus. * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering or Social Science preferred.
