AllWorld Language Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant for our office in Rockville, MD. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for HQ visitors, answer and route telephone calls to appropriate personnel and coordinate vendor supply services and office supply procurement. The Receptionist will provide administrative support to their assigned Senior Administrative Assistant. The ideal Receptionist's background will clearly demonstrate a solid understanding of customer service and office management. Job Responsibilities * Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate personnel * Maintain office areas, equipment, layout, and general office cleanliness * Greet and Direct HQ visitors * Coordinate pickup and deliveries of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) * Assist with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, mailing and assembling files. * Maintain office calendars and meeting requests * Provide as needed support to departments as assigned * Any other duties assigned by Project Manager Required Skills and Abilities: * One year of relevant customer service experience * Ability to answer telephone calls in a professional manner * Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented/collaborative environment * Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask * Ability to carry and lift 40lbs Education: * High School Diploma or equivalent Please include a copy of your resume with your submission.
