This 1st shift opportunity is temp-to-hire for the right candidate fit. The responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator role include: Administrative functions for Service Department such as: answering customer calls, receiving and answering email/mail/fax, preparing parts for UPS, Contractor invoicing, processing work orders, producing reports for service manager Communicate effectively with customers, personnel, and managers Strong data entry skills as well as organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment as well as work on many projects at once Excellent Microsoft Office application skills, particularly in Word and Excel 1-3 years of related work experience This position offers you: Temp-to-hire assignment following 120 successful days of temp employment Competitive compensation and growth potential 1st shift hours (8am-5pm M-F) Access to health insurance as a temporary worker Access to voluntary ancillary benefits once hired, which include: dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability Are you interested in this position?
