Vencore is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Responsibilities: Lead the Government customer organization's strategy development, to include the alignment of organizational vision, mission, goals and objectives to future investments.Duties include:* Performing analysis and providing advice on the evolution and implementation of management concepts, and business practices based on comprehensive understanding of a corporate vision.* Decomposing higher level strategic plans and business goals down to lower level strategic planks and business goals.* Establishing, managing, and updating portfolio management processes correlated to appropriate decision forums.* Providing technical assistance to investment and decision support functions, providing recommendations for resource allocation to improve alignment with strategic goals and objectives. * Conducting investment performance management and analysis (eg, cost, schedule, and performance) against planned baselines established through organizational governance (eg, engineering review boards, performance management reviews, execution reviews).* Integrating traditional portfolio management (PfM), Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and investment information with organizational leading disciplines associated with federal budget planning, programming and budget execution, acquisition management, and systems engineering processes and requisite deliverables (eg, Intelligence Program Budget Submission (IPBS) and Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) development, annualTechnical Planning Guidance (TPG) development).* Supporting compliance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) IT annual reporting requirements (eg, IT 53 and Exhibit 300) to justify the organization's IT investments. Required:* Minimum 10+ years of experience participating in organizational strategic planning, investment planning, portfolio management, and/or capital planning and investment control processes.* Experience supporting IT domain* Experience with execution of the IC IPBS/CBJB or DoD Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent communications skills. * Minimum of 10 years with Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business or technical discipline, or 8 years of experience with Master's Degree.* Active TS/SCI with PolyDesired:* Experience in process improvement and use of Lean Six Sigma or Value Stream Mapping for guiding strategic planning investment and decision support, with ability to lead moderate-to high-complexity initiatives using diverse methods and tools with a focus on achieving needed customer outcomes. * Experience with acquisition and project management, including conducting periodic reviews, identifying interrelationships with other enterprise processes, and proposing process efficiency improvements* Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
