Immediate opportunity with a unique QS Restaurant concept for an experienced quick serve Managers with 3- 5 years experience in restaurant/ hospitality. An outgoing personality is as important as the experience! Looking for an "A" type personality and could be real fun for a "foodie" to join a ventured backed expanding concept opening their 1st restaurant outside New England. We are poised to be the owner of the rapidly growing premium fast-casual pizza market and we have an opportunity before us to create a new genre within fast casual: craft pizza; a truly unique and differentiated, chef-driven product, with a remarkable brand experience that combines artistry with quality, customization, and speed. Get involved in the creation, provide innovative ideas and feedback for future growth. * Be the brand ambassador, model and drive excellence in quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation * Take responsibility and ownership for the entire operation at all times * Operate the business and lead the team by following the Company's Best Practices * Ensure the restaurant financials are in line with the budget and restaurant's financial results are trending positive * Manage controllable expenses such as Food, Paper and Labor to meet the plan and theoretical percentages * Complete administrative tasks such as building schedules, processing payroll, placing product orders and taking inventories accurately and on time * Make thoughtful and informed recruiting, interviewing and selection decisions GM Performance Profile GM Performance Profile * Have a hands on approach to managing the business by working side by side with the team in the service and production areas. * Ensure the team receives thorough training and development by using the IDP * Regularly observe and assess the team to make sure they are properly skilled and trained in their assigned positions. Practice on the spot and on-going training when appropriate * Fosters constant engagement with the team, guests and community * Maintain less than 2 guest complaints per month * Increase year over year sales and transactions +5%. * Plan and organize 2+ Raise Some Dough fundraising events each month * Achieve "Superior" grade on inspection reports from the Board of Health WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU Qualifications and Requirements: * 3-5 years General Manager experience in fast-paced restaurant, hotel or luxury space * Proven understanding of business operation and financial management * Ability to manage many people and projects in an intense environment * Talent for leading, inspiring and motivating others * Positive attitude and a passion for making people happy * Strong understanding of what it means to serve * Keen eye for detail and outrageously high standards * Natural ability to be fun, upbeat, on stage and in the spotlight every second of the day * Strong commitment to training, development and just helping people to be better today than they were yesterday * Valid ServSafe Manager Certificate or equivalent preferred
