Mobility Ordering CoordinatorVolt has partnered with our client to find a detailed oriented, highly motivated individual that is technical savvy with experience in Customer Support. This opportunity will be a 6+ month contract to hire located in Centreville, VA. The Mobility Ordering Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling mobility orders that have been submitted by clients. They will be responsible for keeping the client updated on all mobility orders placed and closely working with the client vendor contacts and internal resources assigned to the account. Submit orders to the appropriate wireless vendor that are received in the order fulfillment portal within a 4-hour SLA (Service Level Agreement) Update assigned mobility orders in the order fulfillment portal on a regular basis until completion Recognize, document and alert management team of potential ordering issues ie carrier portals down, missing plans/features/accessories on orders Identify any IT related issues and communicate them effectively in a help desk ticket Work closely with mobility vendor and assigned account liaisons to ensure orders are fulfilled appropriately Additional responsibilities include handling calls and emails for an existing mobility client who is inquiring about ordering status and/or who needs assistance with mobility ordering Requirements:1 year of customer service experience preferredStrong organizational skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and WordStrong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate internally and externallyVolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer
