The Manager of Hilton Honors Marketing will be responsible for supporting Hilton's integrated strategic partnership with American Express, specifically focused on marketing of the co-brand relationship. The Manager will work closely with the Hilton Enterprise and Financial Partnerships teams, Hilton enterprise departments and American Express to market co-brand cards and partner activations to the Hilton Honors membership base, non-members and other key audiences. What will I be doing?The Manager of Hilton Honors Marketing will assist in leveraging Hilton and American Express channels, assets and customer relationships to grow co-brand card membership, spend on card and Hilton, as well as the spend on the cards driving spend at Hilton and moving the co-brand card to top of wallet for cardholders. The Manager will also work closely with the Financial Partnerships team to execute additional marketing initiatives focused on driving awareness and brand affinity for both Hilton and American Express.Other key priorities are listed below: Should have experience working in brands or marketing in a matrixed environment, growing and optimizing relationships with internal and external partnersSupport the development and implementation of an annual marketing plan and roadmap to align partner channels, products, assets and customers with Hilton's performance objectivesWork closely with the Director of Hilton Honors Financial Partnerships Marketing to develop co-brand guidelines and execute integrated 360 marketing campaigns including financial partner products across all relevant Hilton channelsAssist in creating a marketing plan to market American Express, Hilton, Hilton Honors, and the portfolio of brands and regions that supports core commercial requirements to:Collaborate with Financial Partnerships and Hilton functional teams to support the execution of annual plans and campaigns, on time and on budgetDrive awareness, acquisition and loyalty with key target audiencesChampion financial partners products and offers across relevant Hilton channelsAssist in developing partner brand guidelines, execute creative direction and lead process for Hilton stakeholder approvalsEnhance brand positioning through positive associationsExtend the impact of Hilton and American Express marketing investmentPositively impact and grow Hilton and Hilton Honors revenue generationDevelop and maintain a sufficient level of understanding of Global Marketing and Hilton Honors member customer engagement and communications initiatives, to leverage access appropriately to meet joint Commercial Services initiativesDesired Attributes: Strong problem solving skills and self-starterAbility to support and manage collaborative efforts of multiple teams, including strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsAbility to implement marketing plans and activities to meet organization's core strategic goals Ability to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrityWhat are we looking for?To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:BA/BS Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of three (3) years of experience establishing and executing strategic plansA minimum of three (3) years of Marketing experience with a global brand or agency Ability to understand and utilize key financial and statistical information in support of shared objectivesAbility to travel as required (20%)It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:MA/MS Master's Degree A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience A minimum of three (3) years of experience marketing co-branded or proprietary credit cardsA minimum of one (1) year of management or supervisory experience Experience in the Hospitality or Travel sectorWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
