Overview: The role of the Financial Analyst is to support the operations team with financial analysis of its client base. Included in this is researching and analyzing billing inquiries submitted to Kastle Systems LLC. Additionally, the role will have responsibility for drafting annual renewal contracts and service agreements, as well as working with Client Services and Accounting to investigate and resolve billing issues. The role will also perform customer and market analysis and reporting including client opportunity, attrition, and customer economics. At times, collaboration with other internal partners will be necessary to accurately prepare financial projections, develop recommendations, and facilitate healthy, longstanding customer relationships. Responsibilities: The primary functions of this role include: (1) weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, (2) researching and analyzing billing inquiries, (3) supporting customer management teams by performing financial analyses on customer economics, and (4) drafting annual contract renewals.Other functions include ad hoc analyses and reporting and support for customer management and project teams.Acting as a liaison between Client Services and Accounting.All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: College degree required.3-5 years in financial analysis, accounting, auditing, and/or billings/collectionAccounting/Auditing/Financial Analysis experience Attention to detailStrong Excel skillsAbility to function in Accounting Database (Dynamics AX) and perform account analysis.Able to identify and communicate solutions to billing errors/issues.Familiarity with Accounting vocabulary.Assist Client Services in understanding/communicating with clients inquiring about accounts.Must be willing to participate in and pass the company's pre-employment screening process including a background investigation, drug screening and driving record.Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver's license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position. Must be able to meet and continue to meet state licensing requirements for security.Must be able to meet client background and suitability screening when required to access client's data and/or site.
