Responsibilities - Carry out data entry and acknowledge discrepancies in documentation, along with preparing inventory records and reports - Providing customer service to internal business partners - Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; provide compliance with Company policies - Verify material received to determine irregularities, inspect articles and reject defective ones - Carry out special projects upon request - Essential duties include counting, classifying, and maintaining an expansive inventory of items - Work closely with the Purchasing Manager and Inventory Analyst - Performing all necessary internal and external audit assistance- One year of experience preferred - High attention to detail and possess excellent organizational and writing skills - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills - Familiarization with logistics records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued - Candidates with previous experience using Inventory Management Software preferred - Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases - Shipping experience required - Logistics experience desired - Deep understanding of logistics distribution - Data entry skillsOfficeTeam is the world's leader in professional staffing for office support jobs, focusing exclusively on the temporary and temporary-to-full-time placement of professionals in the administrative field.
