Vencore is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Responsibilities: Perform research of complex public policy issues affecting the intelligence community; Business Process Modeling, Business Analytic Methods, and Process Documentation. Conduct research using both qualitative methods and quantitative methods, such as case studies, survey research, statistical analysis, and model building. Identify of requirements, standards, tools, methods, business processes and techniques to align multiple processes and systemsPrepare policy reports, analyze legislative proposals, information access, and management issues, including current business practices and procedures. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing government policies and programs and formulate recommendations for new or modified national processes and procedures, as appropriate. Produce draft memorandums, point papers and briefings that inform the decision makers on business process related efforts. Support and/or lead the conduct of meetings, including meeting preparations, coordination, the preparation of meeting summaries and action tracking. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Program Management, Acquisition or other related field.Eight years or more of experience as a scheduler, technical writer, configuration manager or similar position within a Program Management Office. Experience must include developing and tracking adherence to schedules, applying schedule version control processes and configuration management of programmatic documentation.Four years or more of experience writing, editing and publishing DoD or IC Oversight documentation intended for Congress (eg Annual PMP report to Congress, DNI Acquisition Quarterly Review, Annual Performance of Defense Acquisition System report, Clinger Cohen reporting).Four years or more of experience interpreting and applying Federal, IC and DoD Acquisition policies, regulations and guidance.Knowledge of the IC's structure and IC member organizations' (eg NRO, NGA, NSA, DIA, CIA) roles and internal structures for acquisition and program management.
