HR Technology Analyst

This Analyst will be located within the Systems & Analytics Team at 18 Loveton Circle in Sparks, MD and will report to the Director, Systems & Analytics. POSITION OVERVIEW The HR Technology Analyst will develop and deliver simple to complex reporting for North America and Global business units, leveraging technology to deliver the appropriate and accurate information in the most effective format. The Analyst will compile, analyze and synthesize data from across HR reporting systems to communicate key HR metrics and meet critical legal reporting requirements. The HR Technology Analyst will support HR systems administration and maintenance, serving as the primary system administrator for one or more global HR systems, in addition to contributing to HR technology enhancement and optimization efforts, process mapping and documentation, global reporting process standardization and optimization, and other duties as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and delivers simple to complex reporting for North America and Global functions Manages scheduled reports, adhoc requests and multiple projects simultaneously Designs and develops dashboards to communicate key HR metrics and business data in a concise and easy to understand format Provides project support, including configuration, testing and troubleshooting for HR technology enhancements and optimization projects Provides ongoing user support for complex issues and maintains HR systems Gathers, analyzes and documents business requirements in support of HR initiatives Serves as the primary system administrator for one or more global HR systems, troubleshooting and resolving global technical and functional issues. Supports the design and delivery of training initiatives for HR systems. Ensures standardization of global reporting processes Identifies opportunities for global harmonization & process efficiency Develops system solutions to standard reporting, including self-service and MPS supported delivery methods Works with internal stakeholders to improve reporting and resolve reporting issues Trains others on standard report generation; manages timeliness and quality of reporting Assists in the creation and maintenance of HR Technology documentation, including process mapping, user guides, training materials, testing scripts and system governance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Proficiency using business application software such as SAP, Peoplesoft, IBM, SuccessFactors, or related Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, v-lookups and/or pivot tables PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS In-depth experience with reporting in SAP and SuccessFactors Project management, process mapping and development, and process optimization experience Experience working in a high volume, shared services environment Knowledge and use of case management system Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including use of advanced formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
