The Vice President will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for sourcing, opportunity screening and due diligence, financial modelling, raising capital, closing deals, post investment monitoring and asset management. The Vice President will work closely with the General Partners, GC and the CFO. There is potential travel within the United States and China. . Source and originate deals ranging from commercial to residential . Underwrite transactions: developing project pro-forma models, assessing market/submarket trends, comps, etc., and evaluating sponsor track record and reputation . Assist with due diligence and closing processes Assemble and analyze data on supply/demand fundamentals and maintain competitive set analysis for targeted property types/submarkets . Evaluate capitalization and financing strategies . Develop systematic methods for originating and underwriting real estate projects . Draft Investment Committee memoranda . Manage assets/investments subsequent to closing review regular reporting, maintain pro-formas, conduct hold-sale analysis, assist with preparation of annual business plans, assist with loan pay-offs (debt investments) and dispositions (equity investments)] Interested in learning more?
