Admiral Security Services Seeks High Impact Recruiting Manager Admiral Security Services is seeking an ambitious and creative Recruiting Manager who brings full life cycle recruiting and HR experience to join our growing company. This position will lead the recruiting function and be a strong contributor to people initiatives including employee retention, employee engagement, resource planning and employee development. This position will be responsible for overall success and development of the recruiting team, ATS system administration, metrics and reporting, recruiting operations, recruitment branding strategy and developing and executing innovative programs to attract and retain talent. This position will report into the Vice President of Corporate Operations and will be responsible for developing and executing the recruiting strategy to meet company and departmental goals across the National Capital Region.
