Junior Accountant ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Junior Accountant will report directly to the Vice President of Finance. The Junior Accountant will directly support the Senior Accountant in the accounting and tax of all foreign entities. The Junior Accountant is responsible for the following: Prepare Intercompany billing Prepare foreign POs Assist with audit schedule for all foreign entities Assist with tax schedules for all foreign entities Prepare VAT reporting for VAT returns Prepare foreign payroll Communicate with local foreign accounting firms for payroll and payroll liabilities Reconcile foreign entity cash, intercompany receivables, payables, accrued liabilities Assist with financial close for all foreign entities Junior Accountant OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors in Accounting and 5+ years related experience. Superior time management skills, multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision are essential. Must have strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally. Strong command of Microsoft Office products and interpersonal skills are required. Qualified applicant must be professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible, well organized, detail oriented and a team player with a positive work attitude. Must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, gather and analyze information skillfully.
