Analyst - Retail Financial AnalysisBuild, update and maintain ongoing Pro Forma analysis for development projects to support the team and clientsCreate Argus models for new and existing project as neededInterface with client and other 3rd parties in the evaluation of JLL and Client and outside financial modelsProvide support and direction to assigned leasing teams throughout the leasing process regarding overall NOI impact and cash flow of transactionProvide support and direction to JLL, clients and 3rd party marketing teams in the creation of marketing materials including site plans, flyers, videos and websites and other materialsCoordinate project budgets and Pro Forma impact with project managers, contractors throughout the development processResearchEsri - run all demographic reports for the new business groupRun local market reports, as needed (CoStar, PPR, Directory of Major Malls)Provide research on special projects, as requestedConduct research on competition; work with client-facing team to identify opportunities Brokerage and TechnologyWork with Retail Brokerage Operations on ensuring consistency for our development services practicesTrack leasing, development pipeline and capital markets trends (qtrly or as needed) for senior executives and/or prospective clientsRecipient of requests from other business units for leasing or research infoMaintain working knowledge and support for the team in research and technology analysis including Argus, Excel, CoStar, LoopNet, Marketing and Deal Related ResponsibilitiesAssist in the production of client presentations and proposals, ranging from standard form pitches to larger, more intensive proposalsManage process of distribution, list updates and activity reportingAssist and participate as needed for industry functions or client eventsWork with appropriate contact to maintain intranet/extranet sites for client and property purposes Administrative and General ResponsibilitiesPerform business support function activities for brokers; calendar management, meeting planning on and off-site, travel and expense management and other administrative duties that support the business and revenue generation within the sales team.Produce documents such as lease proposals, letters of intent, property surveys, general correspondence, perform leasing analysis using Excel and similar programs, standard reports in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelor Degree from an accredited institutionPrefer 2 years prior experience in real estate or brokerage supportStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clientsOrganizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Ability to multi-task working within a team structure and independently.
