Right at Home is an award winning in-home care company serving the Carroll, Frederick and Howard Counties. Right at Home is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist with Social Media Experience. The idea candidate is self-motivated, socially engaging, adept with social media platforms and able to work independently with the support of experienced office professionals. We are looking for a person who will recruit and qualify potential caregivers via phone and face-to-face communication. The Recruitment Specialist will be instrumental in building a team of individuals whose mission is to improve the quality of life of our local aging population. Essential Functions Promotes company brand by utilizing social media platforms such as FB, Twitter, Instagram. Build relationships with local schools and program directors to highlight Right At Home employment opportunities. Source the community to promote Employment Opportunities. Ex: represent the company at job fairs, college fairs etc. Job Posting ( Utilizes internal company software, website, academia, traditional media, social media, and referral sources to advertise open positions Facilitate and customize interviewing process for each specific job opening Develop and maintain an applicant tracking process. Weekly presentation of company HR processes and practices. Greets and assists everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with Data entry into Clear Care Software system of all prospective employees and new hires. Maintains Clear Care Applicant Tab as well as other Social Media sites for prospective employees and new hires. Pre- Screens and sets appointments for new applicants, and explains the initial application process. Assist with Interviews and screening all prospective employees and new hires. Assists with reports of recruiting sources; ie number of applicants, and new hires. Prepares Interview packets Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability Associates degree in related field/ Human Resources plus 1 to 5 years of Recruiting Experience Knowledge of current Employment laws Fluent with Social Media Recruiting Tools Basic office and computer skills & organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal relations abilities. Excellent telephone skills. Must be creative, self-motivated and have a pleasant and helpful disposition Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Have a valid driver's license and use of insured automobile or adequate transportation Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
